In our due diligence effort, Smart NextGen Integrated Farm Ltd has invested in two reports: 1. Feasibility study for swamp development: Angugo and Modi swamp development project. 2. This Business Plan for a Smart NextGen Integrated Farm in Migori County, Kenya by Ecolobby Aquatic Consultancy Firm. After carefully reviewing Ecolobby Aquatic Consultancy Firm profile, we have decided to engage with them in implementing our projects. Therefore, we will share our company profile along with theirs. We, at Smart NextGen Integrated Farm Ltd, have divided our projects to be implemented into two phases. Accordingly, we outline the bulleted tasks slated for each phase. Phase 1 will implement two cycles, with the length of each cycle being determined by fish cage deployment and harvesting, which is approximately eight (8) months. Phase 1: (Months 1 – 27) I. Cycle 1: (Months 1 – 10) 1. Deployment of the existing 20-meter diameter fish cages. 2. Install Smart Fish Cage Software. 3. Document the process of running fish cages based on accurate and objective data. 4. Carefully monitor feed schedules and maintain accurate amounts of feed administered. 5. Archive the data collected on the parameters identified by the aquaculture experts. 6. Order, install new equipment, and train personnel on new equipment. 7. Purchase the 1,500 acres (approximately). 8. Construct the hatchery. 9. Construct commercial scale BSF. 10. Plant the raw ingredients for making our own fish feed (Soybeans, corn, cassava, etc.) 11. Re-examine how to best use the swampy areas earmarked in the feasibility study for reclamation in favour of synergy (aquaponics, catfish farm, earthen hatchery, etc.) 12. Implement the 1-acre farm concept (scaled accordingly). 13. Implement Hydroponics. II. Training: We recognize that Smart Fish Cage software (AquaSaaS) has introduced IoT technology, which is mature to the Building and Automation Industry, but new to the aquaculture industry. AquaSaaS is based on the Niagara IoT framework. We have reached out to GLUK (Great Lakes University of Kisumu) to partner with them in extending these trainings in their labs. GLUK’s Vice Chancellor is very interested in moving forward once we are ready. No formal agreements have been cemented, as of now. We are also interested in pursuing collaboration with other prominent universities in the area. Therefore, we have designed training at these levels: Technician and operation level: This training will focus on how to effectively use AquaSaaS, document, and perfect operational procedures. Technical Application Engineer Level: This training is similar to the training given to application engineers in the Building and Automation industry. This level of training focuses on how to effectively maintain, design, and enhance systems based on the Niagara IoT framework. The ideal candidate for this training is individuals who have a strong background in IT (Information Technology). This level of training is transferable to the Smart buildings sector. Niagara Developer Training: This training is for experienced Java software developers or computer science graduates with strong Java programming skills. These are the students, who can build custom modules, which may be unique to the blue sector. This training is also transferable to any sector involved in data acquisition from sensors, data analytics, and cyber security. Our sister company, Smart Technologies Services, LLC has a vendor ID with Honeywell International, which allows us to sell our modules on Honeywell marketplace.
